Z00MER (Relion) ... allows 2/4/8/16/32 x magnification and will work with mouse or keyboard.Cursors give slow pixel movements. To use the Z00MER... load the program; a menu lets you load in a screen, save it when you've finished, or Z00M. When Z00M is selected, the screen is displayed and a stripey box appears. This represents the area to be magnified - move the box with the mouse or keyboard (in which case use keys Q,S,I,0 and M and SPACE for buttons 1 and 2 respectively). Press button 1 to magnify the selected area. You can then move the pointer over the grid and click in the grid to set pixels. Clicking at the edges of the grid will shift the magnified area until the edge of the screen is reached. The grid can also be moved by clicking on one of the four arrow icons. Clicking on these with button 2 rather than button 1 will move a whole grid's worth. IN and 0UT will change the magnification. GRAB displays the screen and box again and lets you grab a new area. If you click in the "PL0T" box, then the box will change to "LINE". This indicates which mode you're in. The difference between the two is that in LINE mode, all points are joined with a line; this is only really any use when using the mouse. If you click on FILL, pressing button 1 in the grid will then fill the area pointed to. Pressing button 2 at any point will display the screen. Pressing both buttons in the grid displays the co-ordinate of that pixel. Everything else should be self explanitory.
